Problem - something to confirm and thank you

spent a few days and i set up my accounts now and found its reallly nice, really.

1. first day I set up and then my mage pulled well until he pulled a NPC...NPC guide killed my group hardly...lol
how to avoid this? keep my group away from guide or any advice plz.

2. I found some function not work well if i have only one monitor. for example "tell all group mem follow me"
is that right? I already bought another monitor will set it up soon.

3. the last question here, my puller mage's melee dps(turned auto assist off already) is set up already in kiss/assist
ini config (merc=on and balabala) but merc not help me at all but just looking at me.
another toon bard's merc worked very well not sure if its because that my bard set melee fight on.

4. where to get a list of all the variable that i can use/set in kiss/assist ini config, i wanna write my own ones.

you tagged your post as "IRL" and didn't provide what combat you're using for #1 and #2 - are you asking for kiss? going to move this to the kiss section and relabel from "IRL"

1. you need to add anything you don't want to pull to ignore
2. you likely need to setup framelimiter

1) There's an addignore command you can use to add that NPC to the do not pull list. You can also just move out of range of him
2) Not sure what multiple monitors have to do with it. I only use one and everything runs fine. What's the issue?

1. depends which automation you use, but i think most of them allow you to add ignored npcs on pull list. So your puller won't pull them anymore.
2. Some already had this problem, and if i remember well you have to affine frame limiter settings for that. like background fps.
