First of all as some might know the added item clickies AA which you will only get "if" you activate a clicky also each time you get a clicky item with a higher rank you will need to activate it to receive a upgraded AA version.
Second they combined AA's which might conflict with some macro's/ini's ppl currently use
As example from test patch notes
- - Wizard - Mana Blast, Mana Blaze and Volatile Mana Blaze are now ranks 2-12 of Mana Burn. Hastened Manaburn has been updated to function on all ranks of the combined ability line.
If you had before Volatile Mana Blaze maxed its now just Manaburn 12/12 with alt act of Manaburn.
