this is a great way to make PP i did it off and on for around 3/4 months and made god knows how much PP (well over 2mil)
A little info on trakanon
Location: Old sebilis
Class: necromancer (IIRC)
level: 65
Top hit: around 400
slowable? yes
He uses 3 spells..
Spell Info: Poison Breath PB AE 300', Poison (-150)
1: Increase Poison Counter by 9
2: Decrease Hitpoints by 150 per tick
3: Decrease HP when cast by 1200
Spell Info: Deadly Lifetap Lifetap 0', Magic (-200)
1: Decrease Hitpoints by 1500
Spell Info: Trakanon's Touch Single Target, Unresistable (0)
1: Teleport to -1283,-117,-175 in sebilis facing NE
HP : 32k
Ok trakanon spends 99% of his time casting and nearly all of his dps is spell/ae based. with 525 resists (yeah im slacking, not invested into the resist cap aas yet lol) you resists everything eh throws at you. his lifetap is a pain because.. it heals him. but you will resist it along with the Poision breath. the only problem is his banishment.
he banishes you every 30 seconds or so this is how i did it. my bard has around 11k hps fully buffed and just under 200dps normal about 250 or so with dance of blades (fully buffed) there are three ways of doing this the .. proper way... then insane way.. or the MQ2 way.
the proper way.
1 fight down to him (well run like fook and fade once ur through juggs) now you have to be a speed demon with killing and clear all from traks lair and all of jugs, then pull trakanon to jugs and kill him there. ive never done it like this takes 2 long to clear jugs and his room solo before the repops. but if you manage to achive it you 'should' get summoned back once banished.
2 clear trakanons area using charm the jugs and send em to attack trakanon (this is to kill the jugs you wont do hardly any damage to trak as the lifetaps will hit them) then go in all blades dancing and pray u manage to kill him before he banishes. he wont summon you back from his lair.
3 the easest and best way i did it (mq2 way of course!).
A: make sure the zone is empty (or at leaste the zone in and traks lair/jugs/banish point is clear of people)
B: use the map and warp to one of the jugs around traks lair, charm him target the BIG named jug he cant be charmed mob, do this for all the jugs in traks lair area.
C: warp to the named mob with Pasm of veeshan playing and slaughter the named mob, he has far more meele dps than trakanon and will slaughter you. get him dead.
D: go to safe point regen, cure ur self what evers needed, oh and loot the jugs they drop some nice spells and the named one
E once your happy and ready. go in and kill trakanon make sure pasm of veeshan is up ALL the time, if u get dotted ur more or less fooked just meele him to death, slow him if u want but the idea is to get him dead before he stops casting and gets into meele mode. he should die pritty fast, if you saved dance of the blades use that and same for sheild of notes (though persionaly i use them on the named jug) every time he banishes you, just warp back to him, MAKE SURE YOU FADE after every warp else ur gunna train ur self before u get time to kill toup
the fight dosnt take longer than 2 mins for me.
F: simple.. LOOT
Note after every warp make sure you fade this is very important! seb can create masive trains.
he mostly drops kunark BPS but can drop mana robes (which sell for a ton on my server) and basicly enjoy
he repops every 3 days most of the BPS have like 30k tribute points if ur into that.
total time 30mins tops... and u can make 150 to 300k on every trakanon kill

but i dont play her much just exp, my rog on the other hand broke 14k hps fully buffed yesterday
