Skills lacking? Fast skillups in spell casting. (1 Viewer)

Have you ever had one of those moments when it was crucial to land a spell, only to see this blue text come up on your screen?

FIZZLED!

Looks like you could use some easy skillups, and here's how.

1. Put your HIGHEST LEVEL SPELL for that skill line onto a hot key.
2. Use the 'W' and 'S' keys to move back and forth
3. While moving back and forth, hit your hot key for that spell.

While you are moving, your spells will not check movement against any fizzles you get, and you can skill up on fizzles. The movement will interrupt any successful spell casts that you get, and save you mana to keep on practicing.

Really just an ignorant question, but could you perhaps explain what or how this is working a little deeper? I hate the fizzled message but I just can't grasp what you are saying...

Load you highest level spells, and cast them while you're running places. it will work up your skills, even though you won't be casting the spell.
