It's not using the snareline at all, and i'm not sure where to change it to force to use it.

Hi, I had a question about how to force the SK to use clinging darkness, Also i'm sure this has been explained before but how to force a specific spell line up? I just started using it last night and it seems solid but i just need a few tweaks. I seen where you can create a custom config so i'm trying to learn that. Also at this level of the game, SK's use clinging darkness for snap threat when taunt is on cooldown.

You would add it to one or more of your hate tools rotations in your custom config.
It likely wouldn't need any of the debuff checks or anything.
So it would just be a bare spell entry.

The spell is already optionally used as a snare. That would be in your debuff options somewhere, I'm sure you could probably just /rgl search snare

Just using the lowest level one as its own spell line is also possible in that (custom)config.
