Sk here! Need help!

Anyone recommend a good ini file for lvl105 sk? It doesn’t have to be dps heavy, I’d rather it be as tanky as possible. I’m struggling putting together my own. I have all my spells/skills to my lvl. I’m having trouble getting certain abilities to trigger.
