Have you guys ever figured out why this happens every time I don't have targets for pulling? I spam sit/stand about 500 times per second.

It happens with farm, my mq2monk does it on puller mode, etc. My kissassist toons don't do this, it's a CWTN plugin thing.

Are you using both mq2farm and mq2monk at the same time?

The only sit stand dance I see if if I have my plugins on and I try to sit manually, they will mimick what ever the leader/tank is doing... So then I remember to sit on them and the others follow suit

Generally the only time sit and stand dance is when two things are trying to do the opposite, either manual usuer input or a plugin/macro

No. Right now I am on a non-CWTN class (bard) farming some grey mobs in an open area. Low 200-300 radius, I run out of mobs and wait.

It is like the character sits down because there's nothing up. Then it starts a loop:
  1. Let's stand up and see if there's anything up.
  2. No, nothing's up, let's sit back down and wait
  3. Go to line 1
It seems to repeat this endlessly until a mob in the radius spawns. The only way to break the cycle is to move forward slightly, so he sits back down again, but then starts the same routine within 10 seconds or so.

The problem is standing to see if anything has spawned, or rather, that he is still needing to sit down when he has full HME and sitting is absolutely unnecessary at that point. All CTWN plugins are programmed in this way that I have seen. I even had a low level (60s) berzerker do this on hunter mode. My monk (115) does this in all zones on puller mode. My bard is in an old world zone and is doing this on mq2farmtest.

I had the same issue and it was autoforage that was causing it to stand for the forage. Do a /stopforage before going out to kill.

I just logged in a toon and loaded up mq2farmtest and mq2autoforage and it immediately reproduced this, nice spot @burdsjm

But as the standard rule is always, it's most generally another plugin/macro causing these issues... first steps should be to remove anything un-needed to isolate.

The two plugins react so fast both the farm plugin sits before a forage can occur, but the forage sees it is ready so stands to use it, but then farm kicks back in... It's almost always not a single plugin causing this behaviour since many people would report it otherwise.

mq2farmtest does it because it has an old way of us doing the spawn check.

So MQ2Monk also does this. Is the fix to just turn off MQ2AutoForage since it conflicts with the CWTN plugins? Is that something which can be programmatically added in at some point, if in hunter or puller modes (or farm mode) to disable auto foraging?

no if you want to not forage, turn forage off

Is there any way to add in a delay timer while in "downtime" mode on MQ2rogue and MQ2autoforage? It seems that a 2-3 second delay in MQ2 rogue would fix this issue. Like
1. End fight go back to camp point
2. sit
3. autoforage activates (forages)
4. activate sit timer (2-4 seconds should be enough)
5. inventory/destroy foraged item
6. sit down.

Something like that should fix the sit/stand dance.

nah, there isn't a way to adjust that - for cwtn plugins, if you're in downtime in a camp mode, and you don't have mobs, you return to camp and sit down

hellfyre's suggestion for vorpal is probably your best bet
