RGMercs Silly Bard settings question

Under Main config>Buffs there is a tick box for Enable Bard Twisting? What is the purpose of this box? Doesnt RGmercs twist on its own or am I missing something? It says it enables MQTWIST. What does toggling it off v on do?

Seems without that enabled bard will only sing Aria and War March..
