I thought the && meant it would check both conditions and both conditions would need to be meant.
I will change the dps one and see if that stops the spamming.

well. it isn't going to be able to use anything that is 118, 119, or 120

so you would want to either a: ignore them, b: adjust them to things you have or c: use an older ini and adjust things upward
