I am planning on playing on test for the foreseeable future. My question is, as none of my accounts are currently subscribed, should I create my level 100 heroic team on my preferred live server and testcopy the team so i have them on live if I choose to play live in the future? Is there any concern or reason I should not do this?

Not a bad idea, but if these are going to be the toons you play on test do not /testcopy back over the heroic toons.
If you make on FV, can get some no drop needed items for when you level up and copy those over the items will be no drop once you get them to the test server however. But once they are copied over you can resell them in the Bazaar to make back your money.

The only servers you really have to be all access are the TLP ones - all other servers are free.Oh, awesome. Time to plan my new group
But I think your going to need to buy the expansions since free play only gives you up to TOV even on test.
But if you buy the bottom version of the Nights of Shadows then it will give you all up to it. When it launches - right now its still on beta server
one important thing to note is if your making say a group of toons to copy to test from any server remember:
test is permanent double exp. ... and you can start at level 25 ... if your making your own self sufficient group you can level to 100 in a fairly quick manner and save the money you spent on the heroics ...
and if you make them on FV there are a couple different folks out there who will make a raid copy toon for you to play on test ... id suggest this for at least your driver/tank for a couple krono it saves a lot of headaches
the reason i say self sufficient group is because on test there is little to no grouping you'll pretty much be levelling on your own.
a lot of people run MQ on test but its not openly discussed. as long as your not interrupting others most people wont care. GMs still pop on now and than so id suggest never fully going afk.
test has a lot of great perks for being free ... including the cwtn plugins here on RG. and aside from the double exp you get permanent gold status so no prestige gear to contemplate. you still follow the same f2p rules as live servers in that
right now anything passed ToV is still needed to be purchased.
i love the server and will always try to attract mroe players to it.
