Problem - Shaman not buffing

Shaman is level 78 atm. He is simply not casting any buffs. Has not cast a single buff since level 60 or so.
I suspect this GrowthBuff

-- Growth Buff 111 -> 81
to interfere.


Hopefully at level 81 it will self resolve but let me know if i can provide more debugging info in the meantime

Shaman has now hit level 81, got the growth line buff and is still not buffing anything for anyone.

Any clues? How could I investigate further on what's happenning? (Beastlord is buffing everyone just fine)

I realised why SHM is not buffing.
I had to turn off the "Do Run Speed" toggle because SHM is missing the Spirit of Tala'tak spell (its one of those weird spells scrolls you have to go buy in Lceaninium at L7X)

Now it seems he's buffing better
