I play with a Bard puller bringing mobs to the SK Tank. In this case, the two AE agro (Explosion of Hatred and Explosion of Spite) would both fire off almost simultaneously if there were multiple mobs.
I tweaked things so one will only fire if the other hasn't been initiated within 2 seconds. This has really helped ensure one is available as necessary.
