Problem - Savior of EW and the Luminous Restless Ice (1 Viewer)

Hello, on Allakhazam it is said that completing Savior of EW unlocks the rank 2 of the Luminous Restless Ice. I did it but my LRI is still rank 1 (I removed it from the item where it was). I tried to click it, i tried to convert it, but when i do i get a message "you do not meet the requirements to convert this item". Also on the item description it is said "this ice awaits the Hero of the Great Divide". So could Alla be wrong, or did i miss something ?

You get Luminous Restless Ice from the ew mission, then you need to do GD mission to get rank 2, then velks for rank 3 and kael for rank 4
Dont need to have merc and partisan tasks done.

You're right and Alla is inaccurate. For the first time i didn't botch Restless Assault, and got rank 3 on my LRI (i had done Velk already).
