RQ7.1 not nerfed just yet?

Just wondering if RQ 7.1 should have been moved to nerfed section just yet? It still works(though not as well as 7.3), so in effect anyone who visits nerfed section will get a nice compile for free.

If non-members can't see the nerfed section anymore, then Mods feel free to delete this message...
