You can add additional actions while fighting the mob in the section "DPS"
You may want change
DPS5=NULL
to
DPS5=RootSpellName¦20|Once

The '|20' says : at 20% of mobs Hp or below
The '|Once' says : cast Root only once

You may need to modify
DPSSKIP=20
to something like
DPSSKIP=10 or less

This Parameter defines at which mobs %Hp the DPS should stop... which will hold the execution of DPS for this mob
