Question - Rogue Kissassist ini

Not really sure if this is where this is to go but it deals with kissassist as I will start here. I am trying to set up the kissassist.ini file for a rogue (never played one) so here is what I am doing. I am using a poison (Bite of the Shissar III) so in the buffs section I have this:

Buffs1=Bite of the Shissar III|Dual|Bite of the Shissar Poison II

When applied its duration is 2hr and has 60 uses. This is the background. Will this wait for the time duration or the dose count to end before applying a new dose?

Also now what I am trying to do is set up my bandolier so that I can switch from my backstab weapon to my 1 handed sword or blunt weapon when the mob turns to me when the tank looses the agro.

So far this is what I have in the DPS section.

DPS1=Backstab|99
DPS2=Elbow Strike|95

I was thinking that if I change or add a DPS# to like DPS3=Command:/bandolier activate 1hander|?| (maybe add a condition here). The problem is how to detect when a mob switches and faces me (rogue) so I can switch weapons for better dps. Once the buff is used the poison will effect any weapon I use. Or the opposite way, Mob turns and runs away and I switch to my backstab weapons for the chase.

When you lose the buff, either from using up the counter or it times out, KA should rebuff afterwards.

You can tell when a mob is focused on you ${Me.TargetOfTarget.ID}, but if you are soloing I don't know a method to tell which way the mob is facing.
If the mob is running due to fear or low health, you could use that as a conditional to swap weapons.
