Question - Rogue Epic 1.5

Need a little help with this. I'm at the point where I have completed the tradeskill requirements. For the Dwarf Smithing tradeskill, I have the Satchel of Smithed Relics ready for turn in to Diggins. When I give Diggins the satchel he gives it back and says something like "word is you're not welcome around here. leave before I stick my knife in your back". It's odd that he gave me the task but now won't take back the satchel. My guess is this is a faction issue but I was wondering if anyone bounced into this issue before and knows the solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've completed the other tradeskill components and did the turn in without issue. Just stuck on this one.

Have you used the Pouch of Gems trick on any of the others? If not, go to highpass and buy Pouch of gems, illusion to a dwarf and try turning that in, just to get it over with. Hope it helps!

I have used the Pouch of Gems already on the Baking tradeskill.

I got it to work. I just improved my faction and he took the Satchel

does this trick work with all of the TS parts for this quest?

Iirc you can only do the gem pouch on one ts parts of the rogue epic 1.5.

My pleasure, I've done a few epics from 1.0 to 2.0 for rogue, beastlord (twice), paladin, zerker (twice), sk, bard, and shaman (twice). I have too much time on my hands...
