Here is a guide to AFK camping/grinding in Evantil. This zone is somewhat difficult to afk in because there are so many roamers. Having not spent a lot of time in this zone, but seeing endless mobs in a wide open area, I decided to set up a few camps and see what works best. This one is a tad finicky but here you go:
My group make up is all level 100 with no mercs: War/Clr/Mage/Druid/Bard/Wiz.
Crowd control is a must at this camp!
I tested this camp two ways, one with pullertank and one with a puller. If you do not have CC, you run the risk of a roamer coming near enough to aggro while the tank is away pulling, or the puller being eaten because the tank is occupied with a roamer. KA has some good AE aggro, but timing flukes happen. Beware.
The location of my camp is 1139.53, -507.27, 53.29. As far as I noticed, only named will see invis as you run to this camp. When you zone in from SL, run counter-clockwise to the camp to avoid any gaps that you man fall into. Lev doesn't work in this zone.

The camp will be slightly away from the upper rim/ledge/lip of the zone. If you camp on the rim, or too close to the rim, you'll catch a roaming tree (paths every 5-10 mins). This camp is near two ravens who are next to "a dead alaran" which you will add to your ignore list:
When you get to camp, park everyone close and tight and /camphere. The closer to the birds (without aggroing) the less roamer issues. There is really only one goral that roams right near this camp, and once we started clearing we had no issues.
Two named can pop here, Yunaizarn (PH: a famished goral) and A Blob of Sap (PH: vile sap). Both have a DD knockback which is why you'll want /camphere on.
I have not checked loot to see what kind of pp you can make, so maybe someone can let us know.
Alternate Location
Another spot that is fairly safe is /loc 509.95, -1188.20, 54.44. You can get relatively close to the wall to set up camp. There is a roaming raven and roaming fear blossom, but it tends to add onto my tank rather than my casters.
