Robert Jordan of the Wheel of Time series has died. He was dictating his last book in the series to his family as he lay dying. Hopefully we will learn the fate of the Dragon Reborn sometime in the future. RIP Robert and thanks for the adventure.

Would be a sad ending indeed to have Rand's adventure end with him, I know he left all the plot details in the care of his family, I hope they finish the book and let his legacy end well.
It's pretty ironic because the dragonmount website it's been a common joke that his fans would form human barriers around him in public just so he doesn't get into an unfortunate accident and never finish the series.
