Question - RG Plugin on mouse hover

Anyone remember a RG exclusive plugin that added a window that displayed information on what your mouse was hovering over?
I couldn't find it in the plugin list on the site. I thought it was kinda neat. What happened to it?
Did that get evolved into the targetinfo?
