Question - Returning player and missing levels

I'm just getting back into Everquest after a 4 year break. My old .ini files show I was level 115 on my 6 characters but logging in now they are all 106, actually one is 103. Has anyone heard of this? I'm assuming I'll need to do a support ticket but not sure if they'll do anything about it.

I would double check that you hadn't moved your toons to test and lvl'd them up there
