This already exists. No toggle, just use based on target class.

Edit: To be clear, this should be casting on your War and SK (does not stack with paladin combat innate buff afaik). If that is an issue, let me know; barring that, I'm not interested in extending the target list (and buff time). You could always edit this in a custom config.
