Question - Refresh my memory on instance farm trick (possibly Thuliasaur Island)

Just coming back to the game after roughly a 1 year absence and was trying to remember the zone/instance I was using to AFK grind AA's before I left (TBM era). I thought it was the "A Fateful Arrival" quest and I first learned about it here on RedGuides, but can't seem to find any old threads with the specifics. I remember you could start the quest and then after killing the first 2-3 batches of mobs manually, you could move to a spot that had a single mob that would virtually instantly respawn on death that you could pull over and over until the quest timer ran out. I would park my group there for hours on end and just kill the same respawning mob until the timer expired. I must have done 2k AAs just in that one instance. Is this still around and doable and am I remembering the quest correctly?

Thank you sir. For some reason if I use either regular or Advanced search for "Thul", this doesn't come up.
