Question - red guides updater

Just returning since December and was wondering where in the world is the updater key to download it again I got fresh start of new downloads need help asap

UPDATE when I go to do update it does this

I'm putting the Vanilla package on a different Windows 8 machine and am getting this same error when I run the Updater/Redguides Login. What was the issue or fix?

this was almost forever ago, im not 100% sure I remember lol

Haha OK. Well at least your post showed I wasn't the only one who'd seen the error.

My issue was installing Vanilla on a freshly "restore to factory defaults" Windows 8 machine. I'm running all the Windows updates now (105 of them) and seeing if maybe it was .Net update or a permissions issue. Once I figure it out I'll update the thread.
