Question - Red background vs blue background on ui - Mini orfull

What level is the character?

Do the colors have some meaning? Badge background on mini UI, tabs, etc on full ui. On my SK, they are all red, all my others they are blue. Everything seems to be working, but difference has me wondering.

Our configs allow for custom UI coloring for different classes and modes, I think Ranger has a green layout and SK has Red for Tank Blue for DPS and Necro has a purple deal. Most classes havent had custom color schemes implemented though.
