Question - Rank III Spells

Can one get rank III spells without a raid force? Do they only come from chest? looking at 115 and higher.

a lot of servers have "pick up" or "open" raids. check general chat

Which era of Rank III spells are you looking for? Majority of previous raids can be knocked out with 2 to 3 groups or less now days, probably everything prior to CoV at this point possibly.

Most RK3 spells offer very little direct improvement/power.

They are nice to have but I wouldn't spend much time worrying over not having them.

i suppose you can buy them on FV bazaaar, if you on that server?

Not in the bazaar but yes you can buy them on FV they sell for about 5 million per rank 3.

Rk III turns the SK skelly pet from white to red though. That's most certainly a direct improvement.
