Question - Ranger help

So I started playing my ranger again after a long retirement, and I’m kinda lost. I was hoping someone would be able to hook me up with a down and dirty ability guide. Just hit 110 last night but I was pretty low on the DPS.

eqfreelance has a RoS writeup for rangers, leans towards raiding but good info on setup, burn and spell loadouts.

Silent Shot is kind of pain to keep up on automated rangers, you need a specific arrow so have to keep tradeskill stuff on you.

Bow is very good if you can headshot, particularity if you are shooting lower level mobs.

I keep the 50 range CLASS 3 Wood Silver Tip Arrow that are needed for our spells in my quiver - 100's of them. Actually is the only arrow in my quiver since Ancient Arrow will go in ammo and never get used up. Forget silent shot or heartcleave (or whatever ... don’t use the spells that require wood tipped arrows in inventory).

Rangers who know anything only use (and the names of these spells may not be the lvl 110 versions ...just look those up) marked shots, focused blizzard, dicho/dissident, summers, and our big DoT. If marked, focused, and dicho/diss are down, spam summers. Make your tank work for agro. Use the dot on named and longer fights... it’s a mana hog in the group game.

oh, and use a bow... unless you absolutely can’t.
