Random Rolls

I have been grped with a certain char a lot over past few weeks...and he always seems to roll in the 90's when random 1 101..and 900's whe rolling random 1 1001. Is this blind luck or is it a hack or cheat that he is using.

If anyone can shed ay light on this topic I would appreciate it.

As far as I know Random is done server side and it just sends out the result to the client.
