Question - Raising True Spirit faction

I'm leveling up a shaman alt and have to get to work on the epic. Bottom line is I need to raise up my True Spirit faction. Any suggestions for quick ways to raise faction without having to do the entire 1.0 epic?

I was once told that the only way to do that is by doing half the epic but I never researched past that statement.

My understanding is you get the faction as you do the steps.

This is what I follow for most epics (even on live servers) and it notes:

Note: Since the 2/20/19 patch nerf, the quest can no longer be multi-quested between players. You also can no longer repeat sections of the quest to quickly raise your Truespirit faction. The quest must be done fully now.

iirc, you can" farm" the step of 1.0 in Karana (kill a ... wisp, I believe). You get +50 faction ; repeat until ally.

i just went ahead and done the 1.0 and had faction for 1.5 i thought it was the easier way to do it

Truespirit faction raises as you do Epic 1.0. It resets when 1.0 is completed and you raise it again for 2.0. It's a thing. If you don't have enough faction for a specific step you can repeat a step at certain points.

When I did mine, I used double faction potion. Then used the faction lock potion for the last bit where it gives you the negative hit.

Might be late to the party, but you can do steps 1 and 2 of the Shaman Epic to get your True Spirit where you need. You can actually do this with any class if you have an Enchanter charm the lesser spirit. See guide below:

To be more specific as to why I say other classes, you can skip part of the SK Epic and the Wizard Epic as well by doing this step. I've actually done it so I can MQ pieces for both of those Epics.
