Question - Quest turn-in...Is there a way to select faction or experience

Is there a way to select Faction or Experience when turning in a quest on all characters rather than tabbing to each character?

What quest? Without adding toon names, take a screenshot of the rewards window.

Just about any quest that gives rewards of Faction and Exp.

you're getting both of those things, the choices you have would be on the left side under where it says reward choices...you don't have any choices there.
