is there any way to hardcode a puller to return home? at times my puller gets summoned and sits at the pulled spawn spot (forgets where home is). just wondering if its possible to make him return even after summoned

Return to camp is very unreliable. Seems when the MA attacks something. Return to camp is ignored.
My cleric is often summoned to the pulled mob and gets beat down then the mob comes to camp. A few mobs later the team is wiped since no healer.
1. Force toons to return to camp even when the MA calls for attack (seems that is what locks the toons from returning)
2. Don't let the puller leave camp if the healer and or CC are not in camp.

What phase of the pull are they in when they get summoned?

Typically for me, puller tags a mob, mob starts casting / gets hung. Meanwhile puller made it back to camp.
As soon as puller is in range, cleric casts "Promised Remedy" which puts cleric at top of aggro list and they get summoned to mob.
Mob beats down the cleric because they don't even try to get back to camp and just stands there.
Seems they will heal themselves but after running out of mana it's game over.
Team wipe is not far off at this point.

Depending upon the area I am pulling in, I change from Pet to Archery to Spell pulls with the SK. And since I dont want to figure out what the proper setup was before, I have each of the choices as PullWith settings in the INI and remark bar the ones I am not using at the time.
Spell pull for small camp with little or no obstructions, Archery for pulls in wider areas with little or no obstructions, and Pet pulls for when there is just too much junk in the way, the pets are expendable, and a replacement will get summoned later.
Jut a small edit to the INI to remove the remark bar for the pull I want to use, a new remark bar for the one I am changing from, and restart the macro:
INI:
[Pull]
PullWith=Pet
|PullWith=Terror of Kra`Du
|PullWith=Conflagrant Longbow|Class 9 Steel Fearbone Arrow
to
INI:
[Pull]
|PullWith=Pet
PullWith=Terror of Kra`Du
|PullWith=Conflagrant Longbow|Class 9 Steel Fearbone Arrow

Well, just don't damage the mob when pulling mobs that can summon. That's always been the rule even when not using a macro.

The way kiss works when pulling, while you're on your way back to camp kiss will continue running back to camp even if you get summoned. Once you arrive back at camp, there is no return to camp check done until the mobs in the camp are dead. Same goes for casters once there is a mob on aggro there is no return to camp check done because they should be in camp waiting.

Unless they changed things, a mob can NOT summon until it takes damage, so the quickest fix would be to change to something that does no damage to the mob.

We can't change the game mechanics, we still have to work within them. Last time I checked a warrior could use a bow.. Grab a very low level bow, and a very low dmg arrow and pull with that. I think if you cause 1% dmg the mobs start to summon. Depending on the lvl of mob it may or may not summon you. Or use the throw stone ability.. I think warriors get it at lvl 5.

Yeah you can definitely use ethereal arrows even with a current bow and not trigger the summon health value

Or you can go do the tower of rot quest line and you get a nice insta-clicky debuff staff you can use to pull with.
