Hello,

If this is not the right forum to ask this, please let me know...nicely if possible or not so nicely if you just cant help it. Alternately, if this has already been posted somewhere and there is a thread on it, toss that at me.

Here is an issue I am seeing, and it might very well be just a lack of tearing apart the ini files deep enough, but here goes:

I use my main tank (War) to pull mobs and this is the toon that is actively being played and controlled directly. The rest of the team is in assist mode and everything goes according to plan. I go find a bad guy to hit, smack it a couple of times, run back to camp, wait for bad guy to get there, everyone jumps in and beats up the bad guy. A perfect execution of the plan. Here is where it goes a little off the rails though. If for some reason I need to log out of the WAR and log into a different character on that account to do something, then log back into the WAR to continue executing the plan, things aren't the same. I run out with WAR to smack a bad guy, come back to camp and post up waiting for bad guy to get here, then as the bad guy approaches the WAR will automatically run out to meet it. This has caused some over pulls in certain areas where the camp site is close to other bad guys. I can just back him up and park him where I want, so it is not a death spiral kind of issue, just an oddity that I have noticed, and it only does it if I log into the character WHILE the software is active. If I nuke the DLLs and end the application, then relaunch it all and let it load everything back up, it goes without a hitch.

I use BER, ROG, CLR, SHM - all plugin controlled, and a BRD in kissassist mode. I have gone into the directories and removed any files pertaining to the warrior because I want that toon to be manually controlled.

My load up process is : Load War, Load Bard, Load Ber, Load Rog, Load Clr, Load Shm, launch software package and wait til all toons check into the service. Set Ber, Rog, Clr, Shm to assist mode via /bcg command and Brd to assist via /mac command. Then begin smacking bad guys.

Thank you in advance for any assistance you can offer on this.

are you re-applying MA, MT, Puller roles when you log back in?

If you are trying to keep your Warrior from running out to engage the mob. On your warrior, just set your CampRadius and MeleeDistance entries to the same value. This will keep your warrior from running after the mob. You will have to manually move your warrior to the mob for him to engage.
