Problem - problem with spell rk II when original not memmed

Not sure how I managed to do this, but on my mage, I got a rank II spell Iceflame barricade before memming the original. now every time I try and use my macro it says it's missing the Iceflame barricade spell. I see it in my spellbook but can't delete it. It won't let me mem the lower rank as it says my current spell is higher. . Any suggestions? Thanks
