Problem - Private Messages Only Showing My Side of Conversation

I am looking at my private messages on the Redguides site, and my past conversations are only showing MY replies but not the replies of the OTHER individuals with whom I was conversing. Is there any way to fix that?

They are old. On the "other" site, I still view messages from 7 years or so ago, so I figured it would be the same here.
