Tried it, was very confusing. It never worked buying supplies. I was standing near wrong vendor.
Eventually, I found the "Go to Vendor button", but its not visible unless you spread the Window wide enough, click it and run to the programs suggested vendor, then the purchasing worked.
The Philter of Major Translocation (Stackable Gate Potions) need the Heliotrope purchase Quantity ratio changed from 1 to 2, or you run short. Minor issue.
