Question - PoH on TLP

I heard a rumor that Plane of Hate was revamped on the new TLP servers.
I also heard that it's possible to exp in the zone without a raid force.
Memories of Hate for me are. Dangerous zone in area, Wide aggro radius and many wipes.

Any truth to those and if so, what level would a group need to be?

50, full group, two or three for minis.

I started doing the PoH at 47 as a single group, you can get some EXP here but the mobs can be difficult and are heavily camped. Things start getting a little risky if you attempt to move to a pick as the pick zone in is not safe. If you can make it to the north wall you can avoid all the roamers.
