Question - Platinum poofing

Has anyone ever had platinum disappear when trading? I was trying to buy 5 krono from someone and as soon as I added the plat to the trade window the trade was cancelled "i'm busy right now", and the platinum wasn't returned to me. I have been waiting on a response from support for 2 days now (I understand that they are having some server issuses atm so i'm being patient). Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue and what the outcome was, i'd hate to lose millions of plat for no reason.

This was an old exploit, not sure if they fixed it or it returned back for some reason. Did you relog to check if cash went back in inventory or maybe in your shared bank/parcel?

I zoned, reloged, etc. checked inventory and bank.

Had it happen with 20mil. Petitioned and 2 weeks later got it back. Was also for a krono trade.
