Back in March I bought several months of level 2 access with red cents. Today my card got charged the usual monthly fee. What do I need to change ?

You have to cancel your account with your card for the Red Cents to take over. You just cancels your level two access with your credit card the Red Cents will provide you level two access.

Wow...thank you for this. I didn't even note that it still said "Will bill your card on ..." after I switched to red cents

correct, you would need to cancel your subscription to change use the redcents

can ask @Redbot to refund
