password reset

Is there a way to reset the password on an accoutn that i dont have the secret question for?

For Everquest: If you've had a minimum of 3 billing statements from EQ you should be able to call SOE tell them that you forgot your secret question and want to change you info. Give them the current cc# (first and last 4) station name, etc and you should be able to change it... thats how I got it back from somebody trying to steal one of my accounts
