When looking at conditions to prevent debuffs from being recast when they already are on the mob, do i need to do the entire spell name to make the condition work?

i.e. Refreshing Counter Bias effect is Refreshing Counter Bias Slow or Rk II & III spells?

INI:
Cond25=!${Target.Buff[Refreshing Counterbias Slow].ID} && !${Target.Buff[Slow].ID}

The search for spells requires that the spell name up to the last character in your search matches.

So if you have spells called "Refreshing Counterbias Effect" "Refreshing Counterbias Slow" then search "Counterbias" won't work because it doesn't start the same as either of those two. You could however search for "Refreshing" by itself since both of those spells start with the word "Refreshing"

DebuffOnMob
Refreshing Counterbias Effect

Search Phrase
Refreshing Counterbias Slow

If you have a debuff on the mob as shown above, and search for the search phrase as shown above, then it would fail.

Refreshing Counterbias Effect
Refreshing Counterbias |Stops matching at the Pipe and would fail.

DebuffOnMob
Refreshing Counterbias Effect

Search Phrase
Counterbias

Refreshing Counterbias Effect
|Stops matching at the Pipe and would fail because this buff starts with "R" not "C"

However, searching for too little information could result in false positives.
