Is there a macro or plugin that will allow me to parcel the contents of a specific bag to a player?

Parcel/Tribute/Destroy
/mac cleanit bag x N

It first prints a list of items found then pauses
When you are sure the list is correct do: /mqp

With parcel vendor open and name filled in will parcel bag content 1,2 and 3
skips nodrop items
/mac cleanit bag 1 3

With tribute agent open will tribute bag content 2 and 3
skips zero tribute value items
/mac cleanit bag 2 3

Tribute/Parcel window open Stone of Tranquility | Small Chunk of Velium in any bag
Yes I really tribute stone of tranquility (100) and chunks of velium (1)
/mac cleanit junk

Destroy |Vegetables|Pod of Water|Roots|Mushroom|Pile of Rust|Phosphorescent Goop|Lichen Roots|Fish Scales|Small Chunk of Velium|
Annoying forages that sometimes slip through
