Problem - Paladin tanking - how to stop healing and sitting while tanking?

Hey, been running a noob party of lvl 1-5 with the RGMercs Lua, on emu server. Trying to tank with a paladin, but it keeps trying to use its pitiful heal in the middle of the fight, which seems to cause the DPS toons to stop attacking, I think because they're now targeting the MA while it tries to heal itself? Also when it runs out of mana, the pal tank will try to sit down to heal/med, which causes problems.

Any suggestions how to stop it doing that?

Are you designated as group tank?

Look at RGMain Tab, Heal sub tab.
Look at the Med sub tab.
Look at the Tank sub tab.

Those all control what your describing.

I cant find "Pitiful heal" in the paladin configs. Are you sure that is what he is using?
