There are so many instances of "what might have been" with musicians passing early, but I can't help but think about how bright the future would have been for Ronnie, Steve, and Cassie, off the back of arguably their best album.
For those of you who have never heard or seen Steve Gaines play/sing, he was an absolute gem. He hadn't even been in the band two years when the plane went down, and by all accounts revitalized the rest of the group, especially Collins and Rossington.
