npc interaction issue?

i am having a issue with my Rogue not being able to talk to npcs in tempest temple with gregorm olmstead on my toon ??

Took all spells and song sneak and hide off cast range still not work can not talk to any npc mob checked a few zones

being incapable of talking to ANY NPC's is typically an issue with MQ2Radar as Sic mentioned. /plugin mq2radar unload then relog the toon. The relogging of a toon is important step because it's still fubar'd once unloaded if it's already messed up.
It looks like you have MQ2Rogue, be sure to turn off usehidesneak if you're trying to uninvis to communicate with NPCs. Otherwise the plugin will just reinvis you with Hide/Sneak.
Alternately if there is an issue with that client, you can try closing it entirely and reloading it.
