Problem - Not letting me cancel subscription

Tried to cancel my subscription and get message Transaction was not cancelled. Got error from paypal: Invalid profile ID
How do I get this done plz before the 8/16 thanks

I am having a similar issue. When I hit cancel it sends me to PayPal but PayPal doesn't seem to have redguides as a payment anywhere.
