Is there a way to manage lag on non-focused screens when running multiple EQ clients on the same computer? Whenever a screen is minimized or simply running in the background, my fps drops tremendously and sometimes causes issues with programs like KissAssist. Is there anyway around this or how do people deal with it?

Hmm, now I can't tell for sure since my fps display is gone! lol .. But it does appear that things are ok so far. Thanks Red!

I've read here that some redguides users bot 10-15 toons (across a couple computers I assume). Do you all just unload the mq2fps plugin or are there other ways that you manage latency issues?

very nice W12, mine is an i5 4690k @3.4ghz (not oclocked) and currently 8gb ddr3 1600 and a gti650i 2 gig. funny thing is my back up comp seems to run better alth its also an i5 (2.8) with 8gig memory and only 1gig ddr3 video.

I box differently, I use 4x core2quad 3GhZ, 8gb ram, hd7770, 256gb SSD and 1x I5 8gb hd7770 and 1 Dual Xeons, 16gb and hd 7770x2 and I can run an army but I usually just run 2 or 3 clients per machine cause I like to spread it out. I have 6x 24" monitors on my desk too, I know its a sickness....

One i7 4790k with 32 gbs of ram can run as many windows as you want until you run out of ram :) So like 28. EQ uses 1-2% of your CPU per instance. I've ran 3 groups on one PC in thulia macro.

I don't use ISboxer or anything other then alt-tabbing full screened clients, so that is why I never do more then a few. Why use a flyswatter when a bazooka is handy?
