Problem - Need help with security locked account

Good morning, I recently came back to the game a few days ago and was working on getting everything set up. Redguides account that I had due to being so long needs to reset password but I no longer have access to the email that I used a couple years ago. It told me to contact [email protected] and I sent a couple emails to that address the other day and there has not been a response from it or any indication of being able to resolve the issue. I temporarily made this new account just to try and reach out to get help with it if possible. Thank you.
