While TBL is considered one of the harder expansions to find a stationary spot to farm, it is still possible to do so with a geared group. Personally I do not find it as rewarding as EOK/ROS farming but some of the rewards (EM25 earring) are far better for personal use.
What you need:
1. ANY tank (yes, I have tested in all SK/WAR/PAL, all worked well and similar in efficiency and survivability, provided that you have a good ini.);
2. Chanter (bard doesn't seem to work as well as chanter, partly because I use my tank to pull and ended up a ganged bard, but might also related to the knockback commonly seen in TBL mobs);
3. Cleric with campfire/fellowship gate after death. Forget ANY other class, your tank WILL die, brez will ensure the fight can go on;
4. MAG/NEC as off tank. As tank WILL die. BST pet is useless;
5. Mounts will ensure minimal knockback. A must for all casters. You can do this with a melee group but I generally find caster group to be safer and as effective as a zerker group;
6. All member should set to return to a tight spot camp;
7. Keep levitation up at all time.
I will start with two popular spots in Empyr, and will add subsequent camping spots in other zones, subject to positive feedback.

This is a popular corner in the NE corner of Empyr, mobs generally have higher HP but less undesirable effect (charm).

The SW corner gives you a much higher yield in meph meat and blood and non-KOS status in majority of TBL, but you can get charmed.
