- Anguish BP (Zerk, SK, War, Pal)
- Blood Drinker's Coating (Gribbles Runs) - All Melee
- Snowbunny Pet - All chars (loyalty vendor)
- ToV Bp (snowbound if you're not prestige) all chars
- ROS Familiar - Little flying skeleton dude if you're FTP .. or Ulthork if you're TOL/COV expansion - all classes
- Prize: dancing Clicky item - Long cooldown extra pet - All classes
Crafted/Consummables:
- Spider's Bite - Potion (whatever you can make/afford)
- Amulet of the Mariner - All chars (crafted-relic fragments)

Possibly, but the Fabled version unlocks a Special AA that is a passive Attack boost which is the primary reason it would be on a must have list I'd think.
what is the benefit for this one ?

Varies by class, see here. Note: this is a separate timer also from your tov/cov/tol, and your anguish bp...so basically 3rd bp clicky for most classes. Like everything in eq some classes are better than others

Warriors are inferior (read: crybaby) tanks
It's a +31 luck aug that goes in the charm slot. Once you get one, you can subsequently combine other luck augs you loot up until you have a total of 10. At that point, your luck aug is maxed at 40 luck.
The luck augs drop from raid trash inside raid instances.
