Question - MQ2War not pulling now

Getting message, group still needs rest, please wait. But everyone is full health and full mana. This not pulling after group is back to health is new....I now have to /unload reload mq2 and hit pullertank in order for him to start pulling again, but once he rests so others can regain whatever he never gets back to pulling.

I am seeing ;

Magician: Mana Current: 18% Threshold 30%
Group needs rest.
Group still needs rest, please wait.

But after all are full everything the MQ2War does not resume pulling. This just started happening.

Well, just a heads up, changed war groupwatch to healer only and for now its working fine...
